Predicted ORFs were manually annotated (green). The readmap depicts the nucleotide coverage by viral genomes RNA reads. Note the relatively higher RNA fraction towards the 3′ end of the genome. (B) Comparison of the genome organisation (not to scale) of RTOV1 and its closest relative ollusvirus 1 (ASOV1). The genomes of RTOV1 and ASOV1 are unsegmented negative-sense RNA, and RdRp (L), nucleoprotein (N), ORF2 (unknown biological function) and glycoprotein (Gp) have similar positions and mass ranges.
