Radiation limits systemic tumor immunosurveillance. (a) Kaede mice were implanted simultaneously with dual MC38 tumors and at d14 one tumor was selectively photoconverted with UV light. The photoconverted tumor was left untreated or was irradiated with 12 Gy CT-guided radiation to the tumor using a SARRP. The non-photoconverted distant tumors were harvested 2 or 3 days following photoconversion.
