Cell source of IL-32 Production in PFMCs. PFMCs were incubated at 37°C for 2 hours, and non-adherent cells were transferred to another well. The non-adherent cells transferred to another well were mainly lymphocytes. PFMCs, adherent cells, or non-adherent cells were stimulated with RPMI, H37Ra, BCG, or LPS.
