The dotted line in A corresponds to the $2,000 annual spending cap under the Inflation Reduction Act. The estimated annual total out-of-pocket drug savings was $1,723,031,307 (SE ± $91,150,609) for beneficiaries spending >$2,000/year. In (A), 5 outliers for out-of-pocket costs ($16,458, $18,977, $20,429, $26,036, and $26,540) are not shown due to the upper-bound of the x-axis.
