AMPK signaling pathway depicted using KEGG in tissue lysate fraction

The levels of upregulation of the proteins observed in AMPK pathway are as follows: CAB39/MO25 log2 0.54-fold, PRKAG1/AMPK log2 0.77-fold, PPP2R1B/PP2A log2 0.77-fold and PDK1 log2 0.56-fold.
