Suggested mechanism for MYC regulation in acute lymphoblastic leukemia, caused by mutant IL7R and NRAS. Primary thymocytes were transduced with either: empty vector, mutant IL7R, mutant NRAS or both mutIL7R and mutNRAS, after 72 hours (hrs) cells were lysed and analyzed by western blot for: (A) p-MYC (Ser 62), (B) p-MYC (Thr58), MYC and (C) PLK1.
