KRIB-mLuc orthotopic xenograft tumors in nude mice were treated with sham control (heat) or 150 kHz TTFields and tumor growth was monitored by weekly BLI. Representative bioluminescence images were taken on postoperative days 7, 14, 21, and 28 (A). BLI signal was significantly higher on day 21 (P = 0.0226) and day 28 (P = 0.0428) in control versus TTFields-exposed mice (B). Values represent mean ± SEM (n = 5 treated animals, 3 control animals) from 3 independent experiments, with statistical comparisons by unpaired, 2-tailed t test at each time point per experiment. *P < 0.05.
