Five-week-old Slc30a10 Slc39a14 mice were analyzed for liver Mn levels by ICP-OES (A); liver Epo (B), Serpine1 (C), Hk2 (D), and Anxa2 (E) RNA levels by qPCR; and RBC counts (F), hemoglobin levels (G), and hematocrits (H) by complete blood counts. Data are represented as means ± standard deviation, with at least 5 animals per group. Data were tested for normal distribution by Shapiro-Wilk test; if not normally distributed, data were log-transformed.
