In general, the structural similarities among the WT and variant VcNFeoB(His)₆ NTPase domains are very high: 1.36 Å C_α RMSD (apo WT and apo N150T) and 0.88 Å C_α RMSD (GDP-bound WT and GDP-bound N150T). ‘N’ and ‘C’ represent the N- and C-termini in the structure, respectively.
