1- It is recommended that the goal of treatment in adults under 75 years of age with hypertension and without comorbidities and risk factors should be SBP of < 140 mmHg and DBP of < 90 mmHg 2- It is suggested that the goal of treatment in elderly people over 75 years old should be SBP of < 150 mmHg and DBP of < 90 mmHg 3- It is recommended that in patients with CVDs, diabetes mellitus, a history of stroke, and CKD (who have albuminuria of ˃30 mg/g Cr), the target of treatment should be considered SBP of < 130 mmHg and DBP of < 80 mmHg |
