Suggestion for Minimum tests required to initiate and continue treatment of Hypertension

1- It is suggested to examine serum electrolytes, creatinine, lipid profile, fasting sugar, urinalysis, and electrocardiogram before starting pharmacotherapy in people with hypertension 2- It is suggested that during treatment, laboratory tests be performed according to the patient's conditions and the appropriate time intervals for these tests to be determined based on the same criterion. In patients who lack comorbidities, tests should be performed annually
