The clinical condition of the patient at the first visit: (A) serosanguinolent crusts on the lips, an erosive area on the right corner of the mouth that tended to bleed; (BI) white ulcers with yellowish edges, irregular in shape, and varied in sizes on the labial, buccal, lateral, and ventral mucosa of the tongue, and the floor of the mouth.
