Improvement of inflammation-related cytokines in HR-1 mouse serum by ESS treatment. To investigate the effect of ESS treatment on cytokines in DNCB-induced HR-1 mice, (a) 111 cytokines were measured using the Proteome Profiler Mouse XL cytokine array. In the figure, (b) green indicates cytokines that decreased in the ESS group compared to the DNCB group, while orange represents cytokines that increased in the ESS group compared to the DNCB group. (c) Among the 111 altered cytokines, changes in inflammation-related cytokines are highlighted.
