Intracellular localization of Ad12 E1B-55 kDa. H1299 cells were transfected with expression plasmids for HA-tagged E1B-55 kDa from Ad5 (a) or Ad12 (b to d). The cells were immunostained with a mouse monoclonal antibody against the HA tag (clone HA.11), followed by a fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled secondary antibody.
