SARS-CoV-2 anti-RBD IgG serology profile. Indirect ELISA performed in order to identify the IgG response profile of PCR+ or PCR- individuals against the RBD portion of SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein. Plasma samples were used at a concentration of 1:100 and recombinant RBD at 2 µg/ml (100 ng/well). The test was read at a wavelength of 492 nm. The horizontal black lines represent the medians ± interquartile intervals. Cutoff = Average O.D. of known negative individuals (pre-pandemic samples) + 3 standard deviations.
