Long-term stability study of liposomes. RuHex/InfB, FCN/InfA and mCL/SC2 liposomes were characterized and monitored over 12 months. The z-average of the hydrodynamic diameter (a) and the PdI (b) were determined by DLS measurements in HSS buffer. The zeta potential (c) was determined by zeta potential measurements in the HSS buffer. The total encapsulant concentrations (d) and the encapsulant concentration outside of liposomes (e) were measured on LIG electrodes in PBS buffer and compared with respective calibration curves. The encapsulant concentration inside (f) was then calculated from these obtained values
