Strategies as well as mechanisms to alleviate fatigue. There are four main measures of fatigue alleviation: dietary supplements, medication, exercise and physical therapy, and psychological interventions. Relief of fatigue is achieved through anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, improved energy metabolism, and neurological modulation.
