(A) Transmembrane migration assay carried out under the same conditions as the invasion assay except without the Matrigel coating barrier (P‐values by Student’s t‐test). Relative fascin‐1 expression levels adjusted by those of β‐actin were obtained by Western blot analysis. (B) Comparison of invasion and migration efficiencies of cell lines expressing high levels of fascin‐1. Segregation of invasion and migration is more prominent in Huh7‐Hi and Hep3B cells than in HLE‐Mock cells. Error bar = SEM.
