Citrate synthase and glyceraldehyde‐3‐phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) were used as loading controls for the mitochondrial and cytosolic fractions, respectively. (c) Mitochondrial membrane potential was measured by flow cytometry following JC‐1 dye staining. The graph shows the fraction of cells with loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (detected by green dye in the cytosol). OHP treatment led to an increase in the number of cells with depolarized mitochondrial membrane in TE3, with a substantial increase evident in late phase (72 h).
