The level of PDCD4 expression in three different ovarian cancer cell lines detected by RT‐PCR (a) and Western blot analysis (b). The bands of interest were further analyzed by densitometer and were normalized to β‐actin. (c) The cytotoxic effect of cisplatin on ovarian cancer cell lines was detected by MTT assay after cells were treated with different concentrations of cisplatin for 24 h.
