Effects of vorinostat on TGF‐β1‐induced growth inhibition of Mz‐ChA‐2 cells. Cells (1 × 105) were incubated with 0–5 μM vorinostat with or without 5 ng/mL TGF‐β1 for 0–72 h. Values are expressed as the growth rate of the cells without TGF‐β stimulation at each point. The data were calculated as the means ± SD of three experiments. *P < 0.05 when compared with the value derived by non‐TGF‐β1 stimulation.
