 CD44+/CD24low cell growth inhibition is associated with decreased levels of cyclin D1. Lysates of cells treated as reported for growth curves, for 7 days, were immunoblotted for the expression levels of cyclin D1; actin served as loading control. The results obtained from western blotting analysis are quantified by densitometry and displayed in the graph. Statistical differences obtained by comparison with untreated control (C).
