Determination of the YM529/ONO‐5920 concentrations added to mouse myeloma MOPC‐31C cells. Cells were incubated at a concentration of 1 × 10⁴ cells/mL for 24 h in a 96‐well plate. These cells were treated with 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 µM YM529/ONO‐5920. After incubation for 1 or 3 days, the number of viable cells was counted by means of Trypan blue staining, and the ratio of viable cells relative to those of the control was assessed as the cell survival rate. These results are representative of five independent experiments. *P < 0.01, compared to control.
