α1,6‐Fucosyltransferase (Fut8) and E‐cadherin expression levels were increased in primary colorectal cancer. Total protein lysate was prepared from matched samples of tumor (T) and adjacent non‐tumor tissue (N). 100 µg of protein from each pair were subjected to 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS‐PAGE), transferred to nitrocellulose membranes, and Fut8 and E‐cadherin were detected using an anti‐Fut8 antibody and an anti E‐cadherin antibody.
