First, 5 × 10⁵ FU‐MMT‐3 cells were seeded on a 12‐well plate and cultured for 1 day, then the five different powder compacts were set on the membrane inserts of a Transwell polycarbonate membrane dipped in DMEM/F12 and cultured at 37°C under an atmosphere containing 5% CO₂ for 1 and 3 days.
