Flow cytometric analysis of cell cycle perturbation by coenzyme Q₁ (CoQ₁). (A–E) HL‐60 human cancer cells were incubated with 14.0 µM CoQ₁ for 0, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h, respectively. DNA was stained with 4′,6‐diamino‐2‐phenyl‐indole (DAPI) solution. Fluorescence intensity was measured by flow cytometry.
