TZT‐1027 causes tumor vasculature shutdown. TZT‐1027 (2 mg/kg) or vehicle (control) was administered intravenously to mice bearing Colon26 tumors. The Evans blue content of tumors was measured at 1, 6 and 24 h after administration.
