Bradykinin (BK), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and TZT‐1027 induce enhanced vascular permeability in the dorsal skin of the guinea pig. (A) BK (n = 2), (B) VEGF (n = 2) and (C) TZT‐1027 (n = 6) were injected intradermally into the dorsal skin of guinea pigs at 50 µL per reaction site, followed by an intravenous injection of 1% Evans blue at 2 mL/kg. After 30 min, the dorsal skins were extirpated and amounts of Evans blue in the skin were measured.
