Protein target analysis. Plasma samples from 23 patients were analyzed for detection and quantification of protein targets at 6 timepoints. (a) HGF showed a statistically significant reduction in expression between those who had SD for at least 4 weeks when compared to those who did not have SD for at least 4 weeks. (b) SDF1 levels appeared uniformly higher in patients who had SD for at least 4 weeks but were not statistically significant. (c) CD30 and (d) TNF RII levels appeared lower in patients who had SD for at least 4 weeks, but were not statistically significant.
