Extended Data Fig. 1 — A between-species comparison of ampliconic regions on the (a) X chromosomes and (b) Y chromosomes between species with similarities highlighted using a dot plot analysis. Ampliconic regions were extracted and concatenated independently for each species and visualized with gepard¹²⁷ using a window size of 100.
