A 71-year-old female from the DJK group. Images from left-to-right: preoperative, immediate postoperative, and 3-month postoperative X-rays. History of progressive right-sided neck pain with progressive radiculopathy and myelopathy. Symptoms unresolved with conservative measures. Underwent C3–C7 ACDF with C3-T1 posterior fusion.
