(B, C) Analysis of DSC data from each sample included determination of (B) thermal melting temperature (Tm) values, and (C) apparent enthalpy (ΔH′) values. DCFHP samples were formulated in a buffer containing 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 5% Sucrose, pH 7.5 with the indicated sodium phosphate concentrations. Representative thermograms are displayed and data are average of two duplicate scans with the error bars representing the data range.
