Time of diagnosis organ involvement associated with ANCA positivity and specificity. A logistic regression model adjusted for age at the time of diagnosis and sex was used to evaluate differences in organ involvement (y-axis; organ system) at diagnosis between children stratified by ANCA status (ANCA negative, n=40; MPO-ANCA, n=126; PR3-ANCA, n=232).
