Dose-dependent binding of E2 to cellular CD81. Increasing dilutions of 1 μg of E2₆₆₁ per ml were tested for the ability to bind parental KM3 and cells expressing wild-type and mutant human CD81 sequences. Bound E2 was visualized with MAb H53 and anti-mouse IgG-PE. The results are from a single experiment and are representative of data obtained in two independent experiments.
