BALB/c mice were injected with 10⁸ cells of CDC317 MYA-4646 and fluconazole-sensitive and resistant isolates and monitored for survival over 30 days. The survival rate in most fluconazole-susceptible and all resistant isolates was 100%. Mantel-Cox test (log-rank test): p = 0.5366 (not significant). Logrank test for trend: P = 0.0552 (not significant).
