Immune response of KM mice intranasally infected with 610A2^T. At 4 h, 12 h, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days post-infection, the mice were sacrificed and 9 cytokines, TNF-α, GM-CSF, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12p70, and IL-17A, in the lung homogenates were measured using Luminex. Values are mean ± SD (n = 10) obtained from 2 independent experiments.
