*D showed median changes in blood lipid profiles from baseline to different time points. Z showed the Wilcoxon rank-sum test used to compare the median of lipid profiles at different time points to the baseline. ADF showed the data after the difference were stationary (<0.05), which means that the data after the difference no longer have a trend or serial correlation, but is a stable random process. 3TC+EFV+TDF: Lamivudine, efavirenz, and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate; AIDS: Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; BIC/FTC/TAF: Bictegravir, emtricitabine, and tenofovir alafenamide; BMI: Body Mass Index; HDL-C: High-density lipoprotein cholesterol; HIV: Human immunodeficiency virus; IQR: Interquartile range; LDL-C: Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol; SD: Standard deviation; TG: Triglyceride; TC: Total cholesterol.
