Average module memberships represent the average correlation of the expression of all genes in a cluster with that cluster’s first principal component. Similar LPA and WGCNA clusters are shown across from one another, with LPA clusters 6 and 7 corresponding to the WGCNA Blue cluster. Clusters with no significant GO “Biological Process” terms are denoted as “NA.”
