Dendrograms of reference sequences of HIV-1 isolates of different subtypes and LTNP sequences for Gag (A) and Nef (B). These analyses were performed using PAUP. Bootstrap confidence values were assigned when a minimum value of 70 was achieved for a particular branch. The dendrogram was rooted to the SIVcpzGAB sequences.
