Significant differences in myometrial stiffness values of uterine tissue were observed in relation to the birth mode (p = 0.03): Mean myometrial stiffness was 6.35 kPa for the group with no previous birth (n = 21), 9.17 kPa for the group with vaginal birth (n = 3) and 3.83 kPa for the group with previous Caesarian section (n = 3).
