1.6-EBV line control of HIV-1 replication in autologous or heterologous CD4⁺ lymphocytes. Autologous CD4⁺ T cells were infected with the molecular clone YU2b (A); heterologous CD4⁺ T lymphocytes were infected with YU2b (B) or LAI virus (C). Infected cells were cultured alone (■) or with antigen-stimulated 1.6-EBV line at CD8⁺/CD4⁺ ratios of 0.5/1 (○) or 1.5/1 (⧫) (A and B) or 0.5/1 (○) and 1/1 (⧫) (C).
