Necrosulfonamide (NSA) treatment reduces the serum levels of interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-18 in experimental abdominal aortic aneurysms. Twenty-eight days after angiotensin II infusion, sera were prepared from differentially treated apolipoprotein E-deficient mice.
