The chloride ion channel was opened by muscimol induction, and the immediate [Cl]in change was shown by MEQ fluorescence measurement. (C) The F(CS)% of the control, CPSP, and P2X7/CPSP groups was assessed after muscimol application over 25 min. P2X7/CPSP: P2X7 receptor knock-out mice that induced the CPSP symptoms.
