Relative Contraindications

Active disease in the 6 months before conception Active lupus nephritis, especially if requiring teratogenic therapy Stroke or major thrombotic event in the previous 6 months Medications contraindicated during pregnancy Vaccination status: recommended vaccines not administered

Absolute Contraindications

Severe pulmonary hypertension Severe restrictive lung disease Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2) Advanced heart failure Previous PE or HELLP syndrome despite appropriate treatment
