Risk Factors Related to SLE

  • Disease activity in the 6–12 months before conception

  • Lupus nephritis (active or historical)

  • Serological activity (complement consumption, positive anti-dsDNA)

  • Severe organ damage (kidney, heart, lungs, etc.)

Risk Factors Associated with SLE

  • Antiphospholipid antibodies

  • Anti-SSA Ro/SSB antibodies

  • Previous adverse pregnancy outcomes

  • Previous thrombotic events
