  • Lupus nephritis (active or historical)

  • Serological activity (complement consumption, positive anti-dsDNA)

  • Severe organ damage (kidney, heart, lungs, etc.)

  • Antiphospholipid antibodies

  • Anti-SSA Ro/SSB antibodies

  • Previous adverse pregnancy outcomes

  • Previous thrombotic events
