Table 1. Vegetation carbon changes from 2000 to 2019.

Regional carbon total stocks (unit, PgC) and average carbon density (unit, MgC ha−1) are estimated for the year 2000 and year 2019. The average carbon density is the mean of pixel level carbon density for each vegetation type and the forest area estimates are from Landsat-based global forest change product for the year 2000 (23).
