Lanes: M, HaeIII-digested φX174 replicative-form DNA (molecular size marker); RT-PCR, RT-PCR carried out on total RNA extracted from scFvD8 or pCI-neo cells; PCR, amplification of the same total RNA samples without the initial RT step.
