Specific binding of Vpx to GST-Ii134–316 fusion protein. Equal amounts of cellular lysate from metabolically labeled Vpx-expressing BSC40 cells were incubated with GST (lane 2) or GST-Ii134–216 (lane 4) bound to glutathione-Sepharose beads.
