The ORFs identified by our naive ORF finding approach in the SARS-CoV-2 genome. Note that using our naive approach, we are able to recover only 10/12 functional ORFs due to frame-shift on ORF1ab (Naqvi et al. 2020). We highlight four of the identified ORFs corresponding to structural SARS-CoV-2 proteins.
