Binding of purified BfmR (B, D) or BfmRD58A (C) to a fluorescein-labeled DNA probe was measured by MST. The DNA probe contained a 65 bp sequence from the promoter of omp25 (B, C; indicated in blue in A) or adc (D). Data points show mean change in normalized fluorescence ± s.d. (n=3). Curves show nonlinear regression (specific binding with Hill Slope model).
